Registration Special
PHBA is reducing our registration & transfer Fees from January 1st, 2010, through March 31st, 2010 (postmark). Membership required to register or transfer ownership of a horse. After March 31st, 2010, PHBA will reinstate the regular registration and transfer fee schedule. All registration and transfer rules will apply.
** $35 registration fee for any age of horse**

We handle our babies from day one so they get the utmost ground manners from the very beginning ask all that own one from here they are a pleasure to be around and handle !! We have tractors and goats and kids that drive there motorcycles and they get desensitized from day one ! Cutting way down due to my health with a heart attack and dual pace maker put in this summer of 09 cant work at the scare I used to but quality with stay a focus here on our ranch !
